Team Roles Presentation
Team Performance
Our team’s greatest strength and why:
We were able to overcome our obstacles. People on the team were
great about stepping in when there was an obvious need.
Our team’s greatest area for improvement and how the improvement can be made:
Use Perception Checking more
frequently – our team realized that our planning was limited to assigning roles, prepared our presentation
without feedback, and used limited communication about the presentation. The instructor assessment
feedback helped significantly so we will ask for feedback sooner.
An insight gained about learning during this activity:
Going down blind alleys but then listening and making
changes is how we improve. You have to try something before you can get feedback.
