Hinds Community College has chosen the theme of Improving Student Success by Improving Faculty Success through Quality Enhancement Plans for 2010-2011.  The faculty development institutes selected by Hinds are designed to strengthen institutional effectiveness by implementing quality enhancement plans (QEP) and projects.  In turn, these plans and projects are designed to improve faculty and staff performance in facilitating student success.
